Duty Fees
You don’t need to worry about duty fees; all orders are shipped duty-paid worldwide. If you do receive an import duty bill, send it to us, and we will cover the cost.
Delivery Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we need 1-2 business days for production and order processing. After that, your order will be shipped and typically takes 8-20 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You can track your package using the tracking number via this link. To ensure you receive notifications from us, please double-check the accuracy of your email or phone number. In case our emails are not in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
Delayed Shipping Information
After dispatching your order from our warehouse, it takes some time for the shipping carrier to update your package’s information. Once the carrier updates the information, you will be able to track your order status. You can use this link to track your order. Our Customer Service team will typically respond within 24 hours and check the status of your order.
Tracking Number Concerns
When we ship packages, there might not be immediate updates from the shipping company due to the package being in transit. Once it reaches the next sorting facility, it will update. Possible Delays
The most common factors that could cause delays include:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address when the carrier cannot deliver the package.

- Public holidays in your location or ours can also cause delays during processing.
Changing Shipping Address
To change your shipping address, please email us at service@shopdenimhoodie.com as soon as possible. Typically, we can only update your shipping address before the shipment. To ensure your package is correctly delivered, please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite/room numbers. After shipment, we cannot cancel an order, so it’s important to monitor your order status.
International Shipping
Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Orders over $79 ship worldwide for free. Please note that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
Lost Packages
If your courier marks your package as “Delivered,” but it’s missing, we are not responsible. However, we are here to help. Please check with your household members or neighbors to see if someone received the package. This is often how lost packages are found.
